mmm.....if you want a relationship, you put the girl in an awkward position by saying "yeah, I´m married, but I´m getting divorced in about a year so no biggy!".

I suggest you take the ring off, just have fun and then look into a proper relationship after the divorce is finalized

I would just be truthful. Lies are hard to hide. Also, if you can fix things with your wife before your divorce, do it.

Are you legally separated? Has one of you filed for divorce? Being separated-and at that point, you can move the ring to another finger-will make you more attractive.

Most women do want long-term relationships. It's evolutionary. The younger they are, the less it matters.

But as you seem to still be fully married and are living with your wife, you have an uphill battle. At least move out.

Mate it sounds like you really need to head over to r/marriedredpill and check out the sidebar material on dread. There is an escalating plan on there to increase your attractiveness and her fear of you sleeping with others. Many have had good results and saved their marriage, sex lives and general enjoyment of life.

Your classic dead bedroom came about because you have lost your balls and are no longer attractive to her. Note that this means you won't be any more attractive to other women. You will be waiting much more than a year unless you get your shit together. A warning though: if you start working on dread, you will become more attractive to her and put doubt in her mind as to the wisdom of divorce.

You said you still wear your ring. Why? Your first order of business should be to decide what you actually want, as at the moment she is 100% calling the shots and you are along for the ride.

. If you want to resurrect the marriage along marriedredpill lines, you are looking at a year or more of hard personal development and conflict with her as you wrench power back from her. You may get divorced anyway, but you will be a better person at the end of it, clear of conscience and far more ready than you are now for other relationships.

Alternatively, if you are fine that it's over, take off that ring. Prepare yourself for the divorce. I would be concerned though that since it sounds like the divorce is largely her idea, she is well prepared and likely already sleeping with other men. It may simply be better strategy on your part to work on your marriage and call the divorce off in the short term in order to have that card to play later at a time of your choosing.
