He is using you for validation and sex when the other girl is not around. That is all you are to him!

You are doing the same thing. When he spends time with you, you feel the validation. It makes you think there is finally someone who is into you. This makes you feel happy and not alone.

There are few differences in your situation though. Man can have sex and immediately get back to his life. When women have sex, the hormones of your body changes for 2 weeks. You will feel attracted to this guy for the next 2 weeks.

That being said, most guys in this sub has been stuck where you are right now. It is called oneitis. It will be the most painful thing did in your life. But, you have to stop seeing this guy. He just always said he was really busy

Tell him what you just told us. Maybe even show him this post and see what he says. He can say he doesn't love you but he likes you and he can't give you more or he also loves you and maybe you'll have a polyamory thing going.
