Okay so, the first thing to note is taht you don't need to be super confident to attract women, especially if you are already decent looking.
BUT usually what happens is that guys who are a bit socially awkward have a few consistent mannerisms, habits that women mistake for creepy or highly uncomfortable rather than good old fashioned nervousness/shyness.
Eliminating these won't change your confidence level, but suddenly women can find your shyness endearing and a bit cute. There are plenty of cute not super confident women who hate confident guys.
Anyway, to spot it you can try 2 things...
1) IF you have female friends, ASK them.. They won't hesitate to help. If you don't, then ask your guy friends if you have the kind ofn friendship that won't leave them laughing at you (i.e. crappy frends)
2) Take and audio record of yourself next time you're talking ot a girl.. Use your hands free on your phone. Then listen to yourself. 90% of the time, it's abundantly clear what we're doing that sounds.. wrong.

1) might taking some convincing depending on who you ask. Girls often just try to make there friends feel better rather than help them improve.

Yeah this is true, you need a woman you can trust to speak her mind if you ask her to. There are plenty of them out there.

Yeah, I find women aren't great for advice on what TO DO for seduction, but the are spot on about what they feel is creepy.
Female friends usually love this kind of project - as long as they don't get the feeling that they are the one you are trying to get.

Keep talking to people and eventually you will become more sociable. Also talk slower and fix your posture like you said

Exactly this, if you can acknowledge your mistakes then it's just a matter of working on them

Work on social settings, talking to people in public doesn't matter who. Read the side bar

Posture is dramatically improved by going to the gym and having proper form (I was having amazing posture, took 2 months off and it's gone to shit). The muscles gained and awareness all come together to fix it.
I fixed studdering from falling for this chick then realizing I did it way too much. I just became more conscious when I talked instead of just letting my voice ramble into mistakes.
You can also play dumb, just laugh when you mess up and laugh at your own jokes. Sounds weird but it works.

Thanks everyone!
I really appreciate the help. I've literally had women try to talk to me but try to get away the next second.
I've definitely improved the past few months though.
Time for some improvements!

You need to find some guy friends. Join a kickball team or some shit. Get used to shit talking back and forth. No chick will ever be witty or interesting so you'll never learn social skills through girls.
That's a good idea. My social witty level is low... time to get the juices flowing!
