Couldnt hurt. Still comes down to not being afraid to talk to them. Thats the difference between those that get girls and those that dont.

I have no Mark Wahlberg Calvin Klien body. But tired of not getting any attention at all, I went from 5'6" 115 lbs skinny fat to 135 lbs with subtle abs-definition over last 9 months with regular gym. I would not say it has made a difference with women (because I never approach), but it has worked wonders on my confidence. I was always a skinny guy since childhood, and just the fact that now I am in a decent shape gives me enormous confidence boost, even when a total platonic female friend notices and compliments me over my progress. I plan to continue down this path, women or no women. I am addicted to the post workout endorphins now. As a side effect, now I can actually buy clothes that fit me, or can experiment a little bit with fashion as well, simple button downs and t-shirts fit and look better.
