No. What's happening is these women are lonely, many of them have strong sex drives and most of them are completely unfulfilled sexually. They are divorced, widowed, terminally single. They've long since hit the wall. They aren't attracted to men their own age, who aren't attracted to them either. Sad, really.

They see you and flirt with you because they are attracted to you and horny and, like women at a Chippendale's show, they are acting out. Mostly harmless flirting, but also just a bit of hope that you'll reciprocate and invite them over for "coffee" one day.

You're the young eye candy in the office. Older women are much more comfortable with themselves so many of them have no more filter and don't give a fuck they flirt with you. If you wanted to you could definitely hook up with one of them.
