Leagues don't exist. That being said, women don't become attracted to men solely based on physical appearance. Women are attracted to men that represent confidence and stability.

You need to take charge. To not be scared and to not be a shy little bitch. That doesn't come naturally to most people. You need to learn it. By practicing. By talking to girls over and over again. Until you realize that they are flawed nervous individuals too. That when a cute guy talks to them they get scared too. And then you stop being scared and take charge. And their panties drop.

1)Assuming that the girl is not a landwhale/deformed/homless-looking attractiveness is really relative. Everyone has their own personal taste, the difference between a 7 and a 10 is personal preference. 2)Looks are very easily changable, also looks are very changable by fitness, clothing grooming etc. This is 10 times more true for girls. So if you want girls who look very hot, be in shape, dress well, groom urself. Hygene is also very important 3)League has more to do with status than looks
