I used to have a friend who would actively approach guys who cat called her. It was quite amusing to watch!

Some dude whistles at her or shouts some crass thing like "nice tits" or whatever, and then she stops dead in her tracks, turns to the guy who did it, walks over and says "okay dude. what's it gonna be?"

Of course no guy ever expects that to happen, and so they'd always start stammering or some would try to act all Joey Baloney tough guy, and she'd just keep aggressing: "well you whistled... here I am. Are you gonna ask me on a date now or what?"

It's funny how often it would just die here as the guy admits he's married or something... but occasionally they would continue and saying (with some surprise) "oh, you want to go out with me?"

And instead of stopping here, she'd keep pushing! She'd say "depends... where you gonna take me? hopefully you can afford something nice, though I don't know judging by the way you're dressed..."

And so on and on it would go until eventually the guy would really start to feel like shit, and could never really get ahead (because obviously she was never really going to go out with them). I always admired the way she really turned it around and made the guy feel belittled as payback for belittling her.

I've seen it work, but usually only when the guy doing it is extremely attractive and/or the girls are very ghetto. In some communities it's kind of accepted.

In any case, don't do it. It's the worst way to approach women. The way to approach woman is face to face, not as a drive by. You have to put some skin on the line, something cat callers are not doing. Also, it's kind of rude and scary to women who don't want it.

I've only ever seen it work on black or Hispanic women. And I would guess around a 20% success rate from my observations.

lol when I'm fully in THE ZONE I'll yell at chicks from across the street or way ahead of me or anyone walking by, yeah. I make it very flirty and fun.

I'm not standing still whistling and hoping they make a move.
