I can talk to and get girls numbers easily, but why do I never convert it to a hookup?

Are you using their numbers to try and set up a date/hang out sesh? Once you get their number, you gotta go for the kill.

Get your ass into the gym. If you look young, you need to correct that. Building muscle is the best place to start.

Further, if you look young, don't go with that "try to make them laugh" strategy, because that just makes you come off like a clown and only emphasizes your young appearance.

If you are texting too much, that could be killing attraction. You should probably just go immediately into arranging plans with them, rather than chit chatting.

You may have the wrong goals. If your goal is to get numbers, you are doing that. Your goal should be to have a great and memorable experience with the girl before you get the number.

You are possibly not flirting or physically escalating enough, if even at all...

The interaction should not look like a pickup, it should look like you and the girl hanging out. You don't want to be remembered as the guy who picked her up, but rather the guy she had a fun time with hanging out with.

And that should turn into the guy she wants to hang out with again.
