I never recommend any technique fully. This one is the one I've found with the lowest amount of flaws. The guy admits he still has some learning to do, which is more honest than 95% of any of them. http://www.girlschase.com/content/law-least-effort

Trust yourself first and other people later. If something strikes you as wrong or incongruent with your beliefs, don't believe it. Remember it though. Take note of it. If it ever proves true later maybe give it a second look. If it proves wrong, write about and tell everyone. PUAs have lots of opinionated techniques, but it's up to you to mix your deck in the method that optimally suits your character's beliefs.
