Long story short, there is this long-time-no-see (4 years) girl. We met at a party, started texting each other and although I expicitly told her I didn't want anything serious, we ended up in her bed. Later that night I left and she texted something like "I'm in love with you". Hell, creeped me out, I never reply her anymore. A year (or so) later I asked her how she was. She was very responsive and even agreed to start a kinda fwb - relationship with me on the "condition" that I would be open to something serious. Unfortunately we never met, because soon after this conversation she happened to have a boyfriend (at least that's what she said), so I let her go. 2 years later I sent her a happy new year message to which she replied something like "I really don't know what you want from me. Texting me 1-2 times a year is neither what friends do , nor what relationships are between boys and girls , so I should decide what I want from her - i.e.: relationship or friendship - and act accordingly OR never text her again.

I want to have sex with her and then decide if we fit each other to develop something more serious. Obviously if I told her this she would never agree. If I told her I wanted something serious that'd be a lie. If I told her I only wanted sex, she would never agree.
