I'm in my early 40s and have been studying seduction since the mid 1990s (Thanks Ross Jeffries, R. Don Steele, etc). For several years I was a frequent contributor to alt.seduction.fast.

That is to say, I've been dating and seducing for well over half my life. I currently enjoy three MLTRs and have the occasional FB who lives elsewhere and comes by (or I drop by her area) to screw. These are all reasonably attractive women and, given my lack of attractiveness (short, scrawny, pale, balding, etc) I consider them catches.

I completely enjoy this "polyamory" and hope to continue it for the rest of my life. I have no kids and have never been married. I have no desire for either.

Anyway, I've tried posting in TRP and my posts (and comments) usually get downvoted off the charts. I don't know why but usually I find myself questioning monogamy -- I don't believe it's desirable or natural for men. Awhile back I posted a thread asking why in the world men get married and it was downvoted and every single comment was from men who essentially wanted to find "the one."

Now, to me, "the one" and "soul mate" and all that stuff is nonsense. I have solid relps with my MLTRs but I'm certainly not "in love" with them and would never consider marrying them.

I'm surprised there are so many men out there who are actually monogamous, because I view that as totally unnatural. But it seems that a good 90% of men are! What say you?
