If you're worried about coming across as creepy, you will come across as creepy.
The problem is that you're so worried about how you're possibly being perceived, that you end up being perceived as that by being worried about it.
How other people perceive you is not your responsibility. Some girls might think I'm creepy, most do not - But that's not my problem.
Now, obviously I don't want them to perceive me as creepy, but some people just might, based on the way they see the world. But that's out of my control.
Get used to looking into a girls right eye. If she looks at you, just smile at her. Give her a wave. Say hi. Chill out. Be social and forget about "seducing" and "winning" girls. It'll happen as a side effect once you get out of your head, and just get used to being a social person.

Looking at someone when you're not talking to them is creepy. Make sure you talk to them or approach immediately. If they reject you, or ignore you, just leave them alone. Move on to the next person.
Eye contact tips: Girls like soft eyes. What does this mean? Look at a woman like you're gazing into the sun. It's a bit like squinting. Check out RSD Tyler when he's about to kiss a girl. He gives a relaxed gaze and a smile. He'll say "hey! Come here!" He extends his hand to them and says "who are you?" When they take his hand he pulls them close and holds them in his arms as he gazes into their eyes. Then he goes for the kiss soon after.

Eye contact is made creepy when your use of it makes you look weak or stalkerish.
1) Don't look away if you want to talk to her. 2) Smile and/or wave. 3) Say hello and/or initiate small talk. 4) Escalate as she continues to show interest.

I thought the looking away part is if she's attracted to you? Or at least showing interest?
