Yeah, I definitely agree with not being unapologetic about sexual interest. I think I'm pretty good at that. I can do it in words all the time. I'm just overthinking the touching and I just need to do it. I can't even think of a time where I had a negative reaction to a kino escalation. The worst that happens is they just kinda laugh and move your hand away, like if you're making out and you start to reach up their shirt. I've had plenty of dates that fizzed out and there as no kino, never had a…

Hadn't considered a kiss on the cheek. I think I could pull it off if I decide ahead of time I'm going to do it and not hesitate. You mean don't even and hug her just go for a kiss? Or like keep may arms down at about waist level and grab her waist he he comes in close for the hug while I kiss her on the cheek? Not sure what you mean when you say the girl initiates the hug, unless you mean just waiting until she comes over to me for the hug?
/r/seduction30/09/17 04:03 PM

It would help if you gave more context. Are you talking about a girl you're just now meeting, went out a few times, in a relationship with?

Pay when you ask. You're the one with a penis right? Be the man. If she keeps insisting on paying then tell her that she can plan a date and take you out and pay another time, but you took her out tonight so you're paying. If she still insists after that, then let her pay but then don't go out with her again as she's probably some kind of feminist or at least confused by their propaganda. Any woman who is trying to undermind your role as the man in the relationship is just going to result in her…

I agree, except for the lying part. No need to lie. Even if there's no way she will ever know it just gets you in the habit of not being confident in who you really are. Just tell her you'll be all hers during said scheduled date, no need to explain anything to her. If she insists on talking now then send her a place to meet up in person, or if you can't now then tell her when you are able to. If she really wants to talk to you then she will agree to a date in person, and if she doesn't then you…

You don't text. Once you've schedule the date you tell her you'll see her then. If she keeps texting you tell her you've gotta get stuff done but you're excited about seeing her on said date. If she still keeps texting you tell her it isn't working out and you're not into the needy type.

Looking good is important, but it is only half the battle. Your personality also needs to match your looks. Your looks project parts of your personality. You could dress professionally and display confidence, but if when you interact with a woman you act like a timid little boy she will lose interest. You could dress fun and athletically, but if you're boring and weak when you talk to her she will lose interest. If you lack personality and confidence you need to develop it by making friends, hav…

You confirm when you setup the date. If she's going to flake then she's going to flake, so what? If a woman isn't interested then why do you want to waste your evening on her by trying to manipulate her or trick her into going out? Or maybe she is just a flaky person in general. Some people are like that, might as well find out now than later. I have never in my entire life had a woman no-show, I think the latest I've ever had a woman cancel is several hours before. If you're having women cancel…

I can't find the study but I saw one a long time ago that most couples are within 1/10 of each other, and almost all are within 2 out of 10. Yes, you can still ba attractive if you are fat, but it is extremely difficult, a lot more difficult than just losing the weight. There is no medication that can directly cause you to gain fat. If a doctor told you that he is full of shit. Medications can alter your mood, and make you feel like you want to eat more, and if you overeat you will gain weight o…

You may be her date to the party but a party is not a date. If she wants all your attention then she should go on a date with you. Since you are her date you should be aware of whether she is having fun and make sure to involve her if she is being left out for some reason, but for the most part you should be busy with the other people or activities going on at the party. If you hang around her the entire time you just look weak and anti-social.
/r/seduction16/05/17 06:44 PM

Eye contact is made creepy when your use of it makes you look weak or stalkerish. 1) Don't look away if you want to talk to her. 2) Smile and/or wave. 3) Say hello and/or initiate small talk. 4) Escalate as she continues to show interest.
/r/seduction16/05/17 06:17 PM

Sources OP? As a conservative, I'm not on this subreddit to tell people how to live their life. The principals of attracting and interacting with women apply regardless of how you choose to view sex and it's role in a relationship so we don't all need to have the same opinions to learn from each other. However, if you are going to try and tell people their views are a waste of life then at least provide some sources to back up your claim. People in marriages and with fewer sexual partners before…

Her guard only goes up if she's not interested or you act like a creep. Hiding your interest may allow you to talk to women who aren't interested longer, but what's the point of that? She should have a good idea that you're interested, just don't make yourself look creepy or desperate by escalating before establishing rapport. You should be qualifying her just as much as she is qualifying you. If you're asking her out just because she has a vagina she will likely pick up on that and turn you dow…

You're the one shouting profanities lol. Single parenthood is the number one cause of poverty. If you really want to date a single mom then you're welcome to do so. Enjoy raising some other guy's kid lol.
/r/seduction04/05/17 06:22 PM

You're 27. Never date a single mom unless you're older and her kids are grown. Have some self respect and don't even consider raising some other guy's kid. If you want the practice fine, but don't let a woman's bad decisions become your bad decisions. Be social and meet women who haven't screwed up their lived. No need to overthink conversation. Tease, have fun, laugh, and ask whatever questions help you learn whatever it is you want to know about. A good place to start if you aren't sure is ask…
/r/seduction03/05/17 06:22 PM

You don't. You already messed up. If a woman won't agree to a date and time then you rescind your offer. You don't attract women by being a pushover. You attract women by being a strong male they want to submit to. You're acting like a pushover by being available whenever she wants. Do not text her. If you don't hear from her in a few weeks you can try again, buts odds are you already missed your chance. Just learn from your mistake and move on to other women.

What you look like and say doesn't matter all that much, at least in the sense that trying to say the right thing and look the right way doesn't attract women. BEING a certain way that results in the way you look and what you say, as well as other things, is what attracts women. For example, do you workout because you think it will increase your success with women, or do you do it because you enjoy it. Women can most definitely tell the difference, especially a high quality women. People are att…
/r/seduction16/02/17 12:07 AM

Women think about men they are attracted to, and their attraction increases if they think about you positively or decreases if they think about you negatively. Playing hard to get can work sometimes, but only up to a point. Once a woman wants to go out with you then there's no reason to wait anymore. Waiting after she wants to go out just risks her becoming bored of the same rehashed thoughts about you or that she'll meet other guys she likes. In both cases she stops thinking about you and loses…

Maybe you can seduce her when she stays with you, but you'll never have long term success with women as long as you're depressed about being single and you're getting emotional over women you barely know. You need to work on being happy with yourself and valuing yourself enough not to be emotionally dependant on a woman. Once you fix those two things you'll have a much better shot at a fun and satisfying sexual LTR with a woman.

Take her wherever you will have fun. If she says she's worried what other people think then just say something like "you can stay home and worry about what everyone else thinks about you, or you can come have fun with me and find out what I think about you", then give her a playful smirk.

You need to build more tension. A woman needs to decide she likes you, then have some time to wonder if and when you're going to ask her out. This can happen in just a few minutes in public because she knows without your contact info she'll probably never see you again, but in a situation like a coworker where you are going to see them again for sure it can take longer. I used to work IT in a hospital. Hot nurses everywhere. They would flirt and I'd ask them out and they'd make an excuse. Eventu…

If someone wants to talk with you, you won't need to ask many questions. I forget the title, but I read a book that broke down conversation into inquiries and inspirations, inspiration being something you say that inspires someone to want to respond even without a question. Inquiries should be used to start a conversation, but if a conversation goes well it should sustain on mostly inspirations. Asking questions to have her expand on something she said is fine, but if you're constantly having to…

Never seen any nice clothes at H&M lol, but it has been a while since I've browsed through there. Express is where I get my button up shirts and some jeans. Macys has nice jeans also. Suits and pants on clearance at Kohls. But yeah, nice professional looking clothes makes a huge difference, especially when you have a lean muscular figure to go with it. Just don't forget some nice shoes or boots too.

Maybe one professional pic might be okay, but more than one is definitely a no-no. I know I instantly swipe left on girls with multiple professional shots, or multiple pics in the same outfit, or multiple vanity pics showing off nothing but their ass. Focus more on pictures of you having fun. If you do hire a professional have them take pics of you playing sports with your friends or at the park playing with your dog. Something where you're doing something. A tattoo on your chest is an acceptabl…

I always save meals for the end of a date. My date format is Coffee -> Conversation -> Fun Activity -> Dinner and Drinks -> Intimacy. Save meals for the end when she proves she's fun and into you. Go to a pub or bar and order some drinks and fun and cheap food. Meals at nice restaurants are for BIG things like an anniversary. Women don't care how much money you spend, they just want some fun and romance.

You just have to go for it. You should be able to read her body language on a date and know with a high probability if she will kiss you back. I've never had a woman give me the cheek. Also, keep the first kiss short. Pull away and leave her wanting more. If she goes back in for more than you really know she wants you. Either way do something else for a bit then go have a long makeout session if you want.

After setting a date don't contact her at all. Just show up to the date on time. Never once has a woman stood me up, so don't believe anyone who says women will think you're mean or rude or disinterested because you don't text all the time. Of course if they text you then you can reply, but don't let it turn into a conversation. If she keeps texting tell her you're busy and need to get back to work, but you're looking forward to seeing her on the date and you'll be all hers. That sets the expect…

Needy means seeking approval or attention. My expectation is simply that she respect my time. By waiting in silence she's saying "hold your schedule open for the next few days and if nothing better comes along I'll confirm our date the day before". She can date whatever other guys she wants, but if she doesn't want to plan a date in advance she can't expect me to not make other plans.
/r/seduction09/12/16 02:14 PM

2 1/2 days? I guess I don't have much to lose by going out with her but it definitely seems like she has low interest.
/r/seduction09/12/16 04:16 AM

I kissed her a long time ago. She was on top of me and we were making out in my truck when she said she wanted to schedule the 4th date. The dates have gone well as far as I can tell, but apparently something happened if she cant confirm a date for 2 1/2 days.

The biggest thing you will need to focus on for long term success with older women is your career. You're going to have to compete with guys like me who are 30 making 80k or more, have nice cars that are paid off, a wardrobe full of designer clothes. Of course the money itself is not that big of deal, but the feeling that she's with a strong, driven, successful man is very important. Women always lie because they don't want to hurt your feelings. She just lost interest. Hard to say, but could be because of your lack of emotion during sex. If a woman perceives you to be emotionally unavailable she will distance herself from you. Don't be needy obviously, but if she's having sex with you then give the girl some compliments and dirty talk. Smile and laugh a bit and keep things fun. You can give her amazing physical pleasure, but if emotionally she feels like you don't care and …

The majority of women are going to be fine, and even prefer, postponing sex until you actually get a chance to know each other. Only a small minority of women will prefer sex on the first couple dates. Sex is very emotional for women and they aren't going to let themselves be emotionally available until they are confident you're a strong masculine male who isn't needy or controlling, which is part of why women who have sex so soon are not respectable or high quality long term partners.
/r/seduction06/12/16 04:14 PM

I'm still unsure on deciding when to have sex. Have a 4th date coming up this weekend with a woman and still deciding if I want to or not. But I definitely would not respect a woman sleeping on a first date. I've had women try to sleep with me on the second date and that ruined any chance of long term interest for me. Sure, sex is fun and all, but I'm 30 and I'm looking for something more long-term. I'm very healthy, so unless I die of unnatural causes like getting hit by a drunk driver, I'm gon…
/r/seduction06/12/16 02:29 AM

Women are naturally unsure of things. That's just what estrogen does. You have the testosterone and you need to be the one who decides what you're going to do, and that goes for pretty much any aspect of dating/relationships. If the woman tells you no, or gives you a suggestion to do something else, then of course take that into consideration, and if she says no than you stop, but if she doesn't say anything then just assume she's enjoying it and keep going.

Having stories is definitely not a bad thing, and it will definitely help in seducing women, but it won't help much with long term succees with women. Long term success with women is based more on your mental and emotional strength than it is social. I had a friend who is the most charismatic person I've ever met in my entire life, but when he dates women he is so needy and approval seeking that he mever makes it past 1 or 2 dates. Being charismatic is a good skill to have, and you should defini…

Two things I noticed. 1) Stop asking useless questions like "do you have a boyfriend". Just ask her out. If she's says no who cares why? A woman will never tell you why she said no, and alot of times she won't know why, she just knows she doesn't like you that way. Just tell her to have coffee with and ask her what evenings coming up she has open. 2) You sound way too caught up and upset about what women think of you. If women detect a hint of anger or neediness or control you will kill any attr…

Obviously if the girl just wants a hookup not kissing her will kill your chances, but for a first date with a normal woman it doesn't really matter as long as your behavior is masculine and consistent. If you don't kiss her, and then you try and apologize and make excuses you will look weak. If you don't kiss her, and you don't send her needy texts, and you show up to the next confident and fun, odds are high she'll assume you just aren't that into her yet and she be even more curious about you.…

Not sure what you mean by date zero. Is the average woman's experience with dates really that bad? Kidnapping? Date rape? Murder? My biggest fear in an online date is that she's gained 25 lbs since she took her pics. Alert the SJWs of my male privilege. I guess what matters is her willingness to go out with me any night. If it was the opposite and she told me she really liked me but was busy all week and couldn't go out I wouldn't be holding my breath.
/r/seduction26/11/16 11:16 PM

You think so? I've picked up women at their place on first dates for women I met in person, and second dates when I met on OKC. Never told them where we're going. But I guess that not a huge sample size, and Tinder is different than OKC. If it seems reasonable then I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and go out with her.

Stop being so focused on looks and focus on observing their body language, dress, social habits, etc, and what those say about her personality. You can't have feelings for a hot body, feelings just don't work that way. That's why you can't fall in love with a cardboard cutout of [insert your fantasy woman here]. You can only develop feelings for a person, and a person has a personality, so focus on that. Nothing wrong with wanting a really hot woman, but she needs to be hot and fun to spend time…

Exactly. Violence? When did that become a part of masculinity? Unless their definition of violence is so broad that it includes sports and self-defense. Men desire to be strong and compete or protect, but they make it sound like men just go out and beat up on unsuspecting victims. And power over women? Wtf is that supposed to mean? That I date women because I want someone I can boss around and have make me sandwiches and do my laundry or something? I don't have to demand my dates to do anything,…

If a woman is choosing to take the lead, that's fine. What's important is that she is confident in your ability to lead when she's done. If she's leading because you can't or won't lead that's definitely a problem, but it's also a problem if you come across as a control freak because you insisit you always need to be the one leading.

That's your problem, you keep initiating. The guy usually needs to initiate the first sevetal dates, but after that the woman will do almost all the initating if she has the interest level. If you've been dating for 3 months and you have to initiate more than once a month, she's checked out. Stop initiating. Maybe she'll initiate or maybe she won't, but initiating is the feminine role and if you are the one being feminine then she'll go looking for a man to date.
/r/seduction23/11/16 03:50 PM

You have to be emotionally intelligent. Think about why you're feeling that way and if it's rational or not. If you've never gone out with a girl but think you love her, or that's she's special, or different than other women, then you're being irrational. There's a girl I had a crush on for a couple months even though she said no. I just had to tell myself my strong feelings for her are irrational and I need to do the rational thing and go out with other women. Eventually the feelings just go aw…

My friend's don't just say 'hey', they have social skills. Unless there is no intention of talking and you're just politely acknowledging them, like walking past each other in the hall at work, then one of us will actually say something to start a conversation. If someone just walked by me and said hey I'd assume they were just being polite, say hey back, and keep on moving. Obviously that's not the intent of someone on an online dating app though.

I would recommend The Charisma Myth. It's not about conversation exactly, but it's about developing a charismatic personality, and how you make people feel is a lot more important that what you say.

Well it's not so much the location but the atmosphere. Just the fact it is dark and cold out makes a huge difference. Probably not as much of an issue after the first date, but making a girl feel comfortable and safe with you on a first date is just that much harder in the dark. But I scheduled a date for Saturday so we'll be meeting earlier than we could on a weekday, so it will be light out and warmer. This. The first several dates for women are just screening, and they should be for you too. There are a variety of reasons she won't sleep with you right away even if she really wants to. She wants to make sure you don't get mad or aggressive when you don't get what you want, she wants to make sure you actually like her, she wants to make sure you're not pretending to be someone you're not, etc, etc. Don't be disappointed to actually make a connection with a woman prior to having sex. Texting to verify is extremely weak. You might as well just text her and say that you're extremely insecure and don't have any confidence a woman would actually be excited to spend time with and show up to a date on time. She knows when and where you meet you, so you'll see her then.
/r/seduction13/11/16 05:52 PM

Wait a week and then call her. Texting a woman right away or even the next couple days is weak. Makes you look like you were too afraid to ask her in person. You sorta asked, but didn't make a definite date and time, and that looks weak also because it looks like you're just waiting around for her. Don't be ashamed of liking and prioritizing different attributes of a woman in whatever way you want. Looks, personality, hobbies, life goals, or whatever else is important to you. Personally I prefer an athletic or country type woman. I'd rather date an 8 I can rock climb with, or train Jiu Jitsu, or go camping, over a 10 who likes to go to fancy dinners, and theater shows, balls, etc. I wouldn't limit yourself from going dates with women just to see what happens, especially if you aren't going…

I recently stated using Tinder. If a woman has no meaningful profile then she's just practice. Just pratice talking to women, having fun, teasing plafully, and not giving a fuck. They may or may not respond. If they act like a bitch, call them on it. One I was talking to said she was surprised I know how to have fun and am not just a gym junkie. Is it ok to cry? Well if you mean if anyone's going to call the cops on you, obviously not. Is it going to make you look weak? Probably. Men should be emotionally strong. In my experience being emotionally strong is much more effective at attracting women than being physically strong. A guy crying is a huge turn off just from a friend and business perspective also, so its not just about attracting women. There are a few exceptions. Death of a loved one, serious stuff that can never be fixed. But…

Not saying you can't, but it's hard. Despite being a place with a lot of people, a lot of people go there to be alone and focus on their workout. Also, the large guy to girl ratio is going to make her feel more confident and out of your league even if she really isn't. I make eye contact with women at the gym often. Mostly just to pratice not being submissive and look away. Most of the time they just look away, even if I give a casual wave or nod to acknowledge the eye contact. RARELY will a wom…

Personally I would not say that. You're just stating the obvious and while some girls might not care, a lot of girls will think it is kinda pathetic. Say something that makes her laugh or starts a fun conversation. If you really can't think of anything, then just introduce yourself. Skip the obvious fact that you think she cute and wanted to talk to her and smile, shake her hand, and tell her you name and ask her's.

Ahh. I think I see what you mean. IOIs don't necessarily mean she's open to a date yet. I need to establish more of a connection and get her comfortable. IOIs are maybe more of an indicatior that she's very open to developing comfort with me, but not necessarily that she's become comfortable just yet. I would have to say that I haven't been making much effort to connect with a woman until on the date, so that would explain why dates go well but I don't have very many. Should be an easy thing to …

Call. It's a much more fun and engaging to talk to someone on the phone than text. It's also easier to build rapport and tease, then ask her out. The more personal the interaction the better. In Person > Calling > Texting. Sure, if she's not interested you won't get an answer or a call back, even though you might get a text back, but if she's not interested then she's not interested. Depends on her behavior. If she's aloof and disinterested around you then you are hanging out too much or not being masculine enough. If she's super into you, and fun, and is allowing all your escalations, then hang out with her and see her as often as you want.

Confidence comes from knowing and being who you want to be. If you don't know who you want to be you will constantly be looking at other people trying to compare yourself to them. Once you know who you want to be then you can be who you want to be, and then you won't care so much if others don't approve. Make a list of skills, values, and personality traits you want to have and then set goals to start being that kind of person.

You're overthinking it. Hand holding is fine. Just make sure to escalate at some point. When I kiss a woman I usually do either both hands on her hips and pull her in, or one around on her back and one on the side of her neck. But again, don't overthink it. There's no one right way. Just make sure to initiate some touching in some intimate but not overtly sexual areas, like lower back, neck, face, hips, or butt.

Almost all women prefer older men and a decent amount of women are open to dating significantly older men (10yrs+), especially if you're in great shape. I personally don't like bars and nightclubs for meeting women, but I don't see why location would make any difference. There's a sports park near campus I go to and women 18-21 show interest in me all the time. I am a bit of a baby face, but I'm sure they can still easily tell I am much older than them (30). A healthy man can be active his entir…

You don't. If she wanted to talk to you so badly she should ask to meet up sooner. Give her a playful answer and tell her you don't have time to talk now but you're looking forward to seeing her Friday or whatever the day is, and you'll be all her's. If that doesn't satisfy her she's way too needy.

Not at all. What's wrong with finding a woman you like and can enjoy an evening of fun with in addition to a night of sex? You make it sound like you're only interested in sex and that any other time you spend with her is a chore. Of course dating will suck if you're constantly spending time with women you don't have fun with.
/r/seduction28/10/16 08:50 PM

Not saying OP should act on it, but any woman hanging alone with and texting guys is not satisfied with her current relationship. Guaranteed. No quality person hangs out alone with someone of the opposite sex if they aren't single. Playfully flirting at work or a party or going out as a group of guys and girls is fine, but would I ever go over to my friend's house while his wife is there alone? Hell no. I respect my friend and im not going to do anything that even possibly looks suspicious, and …

This. Don't always assume it's your fault. I've been out with boring women before, that's their issue. Like he said, playful teasing can often times get them to open up, but if they're just in a bad mood you're not the one who needs to recover. I've left dates abrupty on rare occasions because of women who are boring or in a bad mood. Plenty of great women out there, don't waste your time on ones you don't like.

I think you should pay for the date activities you take her on. You took her for drinks, she ordered a meal. Not your problem. I never take woman out for dinner on the first several dates until the end of a date. I typically take women on 5-6 hour first dates, and dinner around the 4-5 hour mark at a fun but inexpensive place IF she was fun, and I like her, and I can tell she likes me by how she kissed me back. Especially with a girl like that who is so flaky, she needs to earn it, not demand it…

Unless you have some exceptionally unique stories, then I disagree. Most of my bad dates are just boring women, so I left. One time I got up and went over and sat down at a table another woman was sitting at alone, but that's more a story for the guys, not a date. I have far more funny stories about coworker and managers. Regardless of what stories you tell though, you're better off just sharing one of your own first instead of putting her on the spot to tell a story with no notice.

Well you don't want to be polarizing for the sake of being polarizing (though doing so playfully to flirt and tease is fine). The point is to be yourself and have a personality of your own and not care when people don't like or agree with you. Think about when you go to the store. If you go down the pasta you don't just see one plain jar of bland spaghetti sauce, you see all kinds. Spicy, meaty, chunky, veggie, extra cheese, etc. Some people love spicy, others hate it. Some love veggie, others t…

Sex is like exercise. Sometimes you don't feel like it but you know it's good for you and you do it anyway, and when you're done you're gald you did. This is especially true of women. As the man it's your job to get her in the mood even if she starts off the evening saying she's not in the mood. There could ne any number of reasons she not in the mood, but if you know what you're doing it doesn't matter because she will be in the mood after being around you.
/r/seduction27/10/16 05:09 PM

Adding her on Facebook instead of asking her out in person is messing it up.
/r/seduction26/10/16 08:50 PM

You need to start a conversation. You better be a 10 or she better be a 5 if you expect to get her number in under a minute. And you need to disarm her defenses to get her to open up about herself to you. Something funny you can banter about jokingly works great to disarm her. If you're in a womans clothing aisle ask her if she thinks you'd look better the pink or the blue dress, then whichever one she doesn't choose, say that you think the other one matches your eyes, then she'll respond again,…

Totally this. I'm bad, but getting better, at being witty when I'm nervous, but when I don't care about what other people think I can usually come up with something hilarious and slightly inappropriate to say no problem. Just the other day I ran into my neighbor and her boyfriend outside. The past several weeks they're both there or neither of them, so I joking congratulated them and ask whens the wedding. She glared at me and I said "relax, im teasing. Actually I'm kinda jealous, last time I wa…

Well she did come up to me multiple times so I thought she was, but she is definitely a bit shy and I have no way of knowing how long it usually takes her to become comfortable with a guy. She did come up to me last night and initiated touch with me for the first time. Sounds like you're right and she's just needs a little more time to become comfortable.

Absolutely not. NEVER group date. A date is two people. Tell her you can't make it but you're looking forward to seeing her on whatever day it is you have planned to see her.

I agree. Ask her what evenings she has free. It's cool to propose a date and time yourself once, but never twice, makes you look too available.

3-6 months is when the extra effort in a relationship stops (just human nature). It's normal for enthusiasm to drop off a little bit at that time, but if it continues to drop 7, 8, 9 months in that is a bad sign for the relationship. Definitively by a year you can be confident this is the best your relationship will be. There will be ups and downs of course, but it will average out to the way it is now, or worse. If you're not excited about the idea of your relationship being as good/bad as it i…

When she show up just tell her there's been a change in plans. Take her for coffee and chat, then go do something fun, then go back to your place. Or maybe nust go for a walk around your neighborhood or a park if it's still light out. Be creative. If she likes you then she wants to get to know you, and if she wants to get banged then just bang her, don't waste the evening on a movie.

I agree. It's normal for guys to initiate the first few dates, but after that if the girl is starting to like you she will be initiating most of the time. Go no contact for a while and wait for her to realize she misses you.

Depression can be hormonal, but it's usually mental. I was recently depressed, not motivated to do anything. At first I thought it was medical. I monitored my blood sugar, blood pressure, testosterone, thyroid, cholesterol, got an ekg. Everything was normal. Finally after reading some books I realized it was mental. I needed to give myself some motivation. Something I'm excited to get up a do. I started training for MMA and I've been hooked. You need to find something you're good at and passiona…

Don't go to bars to pickup women. The more options a woman has the harder it will be for you. Meet women in places where there are little or not guys trying to hit on them. Some place as simple as the mall or a grocery store is great. You have to go to there anyway, why not get a few numbers while you're there? You need to walk before you can run. Do you have male friends? Do you feel comfortable and approaching men in public? Are you able to approach women and start a conversation with women yo…

I enjoy teasing and playing a little hard to get, but that's taking things kinda far IMO. I guess I must be a prude, but if a woman I was on a date with ever said that to me I'd tell her sure, go up to the guy, tell him she wants to fuck him, bring him over, sit him down, introduce them, hand him a condom if I had one in my wallet, tell them to have fun, and then leave. I have zero interest in women that debasing.
/r/seduction23/10/16 03:01 AM

Exactly. First rule of male self improvement is make male friends. It's cool to have female acquaintances you flirt with or you invite to social events and tell them to bring their friends, but you shouldn't have female friends.

She knows your asking her on a date regardless of how you ask. Don't be crass and say "I want to take you out for coffee, then take you back to my place and bang you", but don't hide your romantic interest either. That will get you friend-zoned. You want her to know you are asking you out. If she likes you she will be excited you are being a man and asking her out, and a lot of times maybe she's unsure if she likes you and asking her out confidently increases her attraction to want to go out wit…

Insecurity is a confidence issue. You're worried those guys are better than you and she'll leave you for them. Fix your confidence issue and the insecurity goes away.

When in a group you should socialize with everyone. If I have a crush on a girl in a group I interact with her later on, gives her a chance to notice you and wonder about you, which is how women build attraction (assuming she has any to begin with).
/r/seduction20/10/16 07:52 PM

Well, number one, go on a real date. Any more people than just you and her is not a date. If you're in an LTR then occasional group events are fine, but even then it's still not a date. She's in control because you are insecure. Why would you give her crap for talking to other people at a party? If you want alone time with her don't go to a party (see above). If you want to get back on track stick to dating her, not being her friend.
/r/seduction20/10/16 07:39 PM

It really doesn't matter what you say, how you say it matters a lot more, but if you need something generic just say "Hey I gotta run, but we should grab coffee sometime. What evenings are you free this week?". If she won't say or makes excuses then get her number, call her in a week, and try one more time.

Skinniness doesn't necessarily indicate low testosterone. You can shoot your self full of steroids and you won't gain much size as long as you aren't lifting. And don't worry about nutrition. Nutrition is all marketing gimmicks by companies who want to sell you expensive supplements. I don't take multivitamins, I don't take protein powders, I don't eat "super foods", I don't eat a high protein low fat diet. I don't have in interest in bar sluts. I meet women out at the store, mall, the sports park near campus, social events, or online. Women want intimacy just as much as you do, if not more. Just do it, and if they reject it act like nothing happened and try again in a little bit.
/r/seduction19/10/16 05:08 PM

Learn to read signals and pratice dealing with fear of rejection. Women are far more open than you think, just go for it. I used to be afraid of touching women and I go out on several dates and never even hold her hand lol. But once I learned how to read her signals and just escalate, I'm making out with women halfway through a first date even without any alcohol. One time I stuck my hand up a girl's shirt before she was ready and she just kinda laughed and pushed it away and jokingly told me to…

I'd think so. A smile, hello, a joke, all could be just friendly. A note? That's a little excessive just to be friendly customer service. I'd say there's no reason not to give her your number. I had a Chipotle cashier who complimented my mustache on multiple occasions, so the next time we spoke I asked her for a pen, wrote down my number, and told her to "call me for any tips on growing a mustache, or if she wanted to grab coffee, that's fine too".
/r/seduction19/10/16 02:46 AM

Hang out with other men. Feminine men tend not to have close guy friends. Other than that just the same way as anything else. Make notice of your bad habits and develop some kind of drill or way of practicing the good habit that is to replace it. If you struggle with decision making then make it a habit to decide quickly. What you order at a restaurant, groceries, buying clothes, whatever. Eventually it will be a habit and you can move on to other bad habits to fix.
/r/seduction19/10/16 01:32 AM

Fear of rejection is a rejection is a feminine trait, hence her dropping hints but not asking. Some women are more assertive but most aren't, which is why guys need to be aware of the signals women give.

If it's free, then sure. Spending lots of money on first date is big no-no in my book, but it shouldn't be the first thing you do. A coffee shop for conversation so you build rapport and get her comfortable. Never had a woman act weird or nervous about being alone with me after an hour or two of conversation at a coffee shop, even women I was meeting from OLD for the first time.
/r/seduction18/10/16 07:19 PM

Meet up should be around a lot of people, like a coffee shop. Helps her feel more comfortable. Once she gets comfortable around you then you can go somewhere else with less people around. Meeting for dinner at the beginning of the first several dates is a big no-no. Too formal and how do you know you even like her enough to want to spend money on her? Coffee shop is a best first date meeting location. Try and find a gourmet coffee shop. You'll still be able to buy a $3 regular coffee if that's w…

What do you mean not the adult thing to do? 40% of American couples reported they met thier spouse though work or a social setting, and another 40% though mutual friends. Makes sense. I definitely get the impression she is very shy. I don't think I have ever seen her talk to the other women before or after class, so it's definitely possible I was too assertive and made her nervous, and given some time her attraction will go up. When I asked her out we went back and forth several times with her saying saying stuff like "oh.. umm.." and "I don't know what to say to that". I can only think of one time I had a girl give me that kind of response, and she wouldn't give…

I've never interrupted her peace. I'm not following her around in class trying to make a move on her. She started a social conversation with me and I asked her out. I doubt anyone there cares, but if they are upset about it they're the one who needs to grow up.

Yeah, that's a strong possibility. I think I do that a lot, and she is definitely shy, I don't see her socialize with the other females before/after class at all she just stands there waiting for class to start. I worked at a hospital for like 4 years in IT, up until a year ago. Since there is a very high percentage of females there, I didn't even have to try to get dates and I got lazy. Once the date has been schedule I expect them to show up when they say they will and we'll get to know each other then. If that makes anyone awkward they need to grow up. However they do have some kinda of cookout event coming up in like a week or two. I typically don't date women in male dominated scenarios because the odds are unfavorable, but for whatever reason I was really attracted to her so I went for it. I went out with a coworker once, we went out one time, then she told me she has a boyfriend she'd been living with for three years. Needless to say she felt embarrassed and ashamed. By tease I just mean being playful and joking in a non-sexual manner. For example, there's a couple girls there still in high school, and they giggle a lot, so for example I joke that the are practicing their elmo technique. But I'm not going to make friends with them in the same way I would with a guy.
