I think it will depend on the person. A "sneaky link" is a new term for fuckbuddy.

While traditionally "link up" is often used professionally, such as professional networking or setting a sales call, as a referring to getting in touch/setting up a meeting.

So it could mean "link up for sex" or "link up to meet (in general)" aka "meet up"

No. "Link up" usually just means to get back in touch. And to get back in touch means to re-establish communication. For example via a message. It's a far cry away from hooking up.

For example, your boss at work may say "Lets link up after the holidays". That means to communicate further after the holidays. It doesn't mean they want to fuck you.
