Girls love foreign guys.... in literally any country. Just be yourself, tell them what your trip is about, and how long you'll be in town and they should take good care of you.

You should take this as a twofold approach:

First of all, I am sure you want to explore all the areas in Europe; you rather not spend all your time day gaming and you don't really need to because of the following:

1.) Tinder: Specifically that tinder plus subscription. Sack up and pay the monthly fee. Once you do, change your location to the desired city and start swiping. You can choose to hide your distance so they don't ask why you are so far away. Get their whatsapp/fb and line up dates even before you set foot there. Also continually swipe while you are there.

2.) Youth hostels. If you are staying here, attend the social events and just be friendly to all residents. Most girls traveling are looking for the same things as you so this should not be hard. If the hostel is offering a bar crawl, game over.

You're a foreigner travelling, your accent will be something people aren't used to hearing every day, you'll have a story and be making stories as you go. That alone is already interesting.

Literally just be yourself, have fun, focus on creating the experiences and don't worry so much about the girls. Sure it's awesome if you do get lucky but as I said, that's not what you're in Europe for. The primary goal of travel is to create experinces for yourself to make you a better person, not to bang girls.

With all that being said, travelling is a great time to work on improving your social skills since you will meet many other people, whether they be locals or fellow travellers. If you do meet a girl that happens to catch your eye, just talk to her and get to know her without any expectation. Its not much different from meeting a girl back home, but travelling girls do tend to be a bit more open and relaxed. If you're feeling it (you will know if you do) then make a move. If she's feeling it then great. If not then oh well, you can still enjoy yourself. Chances are you'll never see each other again anyway.
