Does anyone else think the reason their dating lives suffer is due to the fact that they find people pretty boring? Also, a lack of a diverse range of hobbies and interests on your own part...

This is an issue that's been with me for as long as I can remember.

I've gotten to a point where my "text game" is so good that any girl I can get a legit phone number from I can get out on a date within 3-14 days. Texting at this point isn't even enjoyable because its broken down so much into a system for me.

And once I get the girl out on a date I begin to notice that they are pretty much all the same. They go to work, they have a cat or dog, they either have a really good relationship with parents or a not so good one, they've typically had a poor relationship in the past or recently gotten out of a long term thing, and they are in some form of schooling to do some generic profession like nurse, hair dresser, social worker, etc.

On the date we go to some place like downtown, a coffee shop, a walk, a bar, etc. I pretty much say the same things I say to everyone else when discussing my hobbies/interests/myself. Sure, there is some spontaneity and differences based on situation and location, but a lot of it is just the same.

Then by the time I actually get around to where I can have sex with her, I'm pretty bored by that point. And I'd almost rather just go home and jack off to my perfect 10 doing disgusting things without any hesitation.

I'm thinking this is a side effect of depression, introversion or being somewhat of a nihilist. Either that or it's from a lack of having passions you are really into where you can meet that other person and have them supplement you towards your goals (such as scientists typically marrying each other after working in a field together for so long and achieving successes).

Or maybe I'm just not going after hot enough girls. But typically they tend to be even more boring.
