This is something I do most of the time when I am with a woman and she gives me an IOI or something that might be an IOI.

For example, she tells me I have a sunburn on my arm and touches it. I would say something like, "Oh that was a nice excuse to touch me." A benefit I have noticed is that regardless of whether or not she means it as an IOI it establishes me as a potential lover and not a friend.
