A girl can't put you anywhere you choose not to be. Ever. Except for divorce-rape which is far, far too late - like being dragged by a car that hit you and wondering how to make the hurting stop. You shouldn't walk into open traffic without looking (e.g. getting married) and the time for repair/regret is long, long past.
