Is normal.

Once you get good with girls they lose their charm. That "heart skips a beat" feeling doesn't come back because you know how this stuff works now. You've realized girls don't have much to offer.

Don't worry. It will happen sometime with someone. But for now, just keep working on improving yourself. Don't look for love.

Best and worst part of getting good with girls. Attractive girls (and guys) have a similar problem. People think they should have it easy, the opposite sex are throwing themselves at them. But it doesn't really help with building any meaningful long term connections.

You've got the knowledge and experience, most important thing is now you know 'it' when you see it. Work on yourself until someone with that spark comes along.

Its been over a year since my last relationship, and i still feel the same eay, it just means wait until the right one comes along. Its true though, most girls dont bring much to the table, thats why I've stayed single

I was feeling just like you are now for months. I came to the realisation that I still had feelings for my ex.

Maybe you are feeling better, however one of the telltale signs of real depression is fake happiness. Often the most afflicted are the most social.

When I tried to get my ex back she rejected me, it made me feel like shit for a few hours but then I was back on the prowl the next week.

High school Senior.

You're young.

Went through a break up with my first love about four months ago. Honestly, I did go through a little bit of depression, but I've come back and am living happier than ever.

Look, the past affects the present. So I'm going to have to ask about the last relationship and how it ended, because your answer probably lies buried in that.

How did you two meet? Who opened who? Etc.
Where did you guys meet?
How was contact information exchanged?
How long did you date?
Why did it end? Whose decision was it to break it off?
Did you see the end coming or was it a surprise?
If the ending was a surprise, looking back, can you recognize signs that it was coming, in hindsight? If so, what signs did you see?

I've been working on my inner game and my confidence, along with working on approach game.

I'd say that being comfortable socializing is most important, not simply focusing on approaching girls. It's great and all, don't get me wrong. But it's so much more powerful to be socially active with all the people in an area, rather than focusing on just the girls.

I never really feel a connection with anyone since my last relationship.

This is natural. You're probably not going to be open to connecting until you work through whatever mess you had left over from the break-up. There is all sorts of fear and pain that result in people not extending themselves to connect with others because they don't want to be hurt again.

It takes time. If you can truly internalize that you don't belong with your ex and that it's better this way...... then that's good progress. If you're already at this point, then great!
