The problem is you're going around "trying to pick up chicks". You need to change your entire mentality fundamentally. Focus on meeting cool people.

Pretend like nothing happened. Just because they felt creeped out doesn't make you a creep. And since you already know you aren't a creep, what some random girls think is irrelevant.

I wouldn't recommend you approach them, just don't let them make you feel uncomfortable, and definitely don't react to anything they do.

I'm kind of an asshole and I personally would approach them again specifically to mess with them, but I don't think you should do this if you're trying to pull another girl at the party.
