So you hooked up with a person who's not into you? Properly not true ;) Your next step is to invite for a date or hang out.

The trick to not coming off as overeager, is to not be. Invest as much (maybe a bit less) energy in her, as she is investing energy in you.

What do you want out of this? It's easier not to come off as overeager... if you're not expecting much.

Let's reduce this to two options: 1) you want her as an exclusive gf or 2) you're open to whatever. Option 1 requires you to be careful, but with option 2 you could just tell her that you like her but don't want to crowd her. In any case, in my experience the two best moves are always:

express how you feel / what you want
don't feel entitled to a specific reaction. Respect her agency and her right to want something else.
