She probably gets dms that say exactly that several times a day if she's an attractive girl. It really depends on context, but I've had success touching base with her on something she likes. For example, if she has yoga pose photos then I'd kick off with telling her I've been trying to learn a certain pose the last week and see if she has pointers.

If you don't have something to go off of, I'd just say something painfully obvious to stand out. Even something like, "I'm guessing your name is____. I'm a great guesser, I know." depending on her response you'll know how interested she is in someone random on social media. I've had some success on insta, but it really depends on the girl and what kind of vibe your profile has.
