It's cognitive dissonance. She's betraying herself as the slut she truly is, because she's feeling guilt at the amount of emotional investment you are (probably) making in the relationship, and she's trying to wash it/rationalize it against how cheaply she's given up her pussy in the past.

These comments are her fishing for compliments from you, compliments that will prove to her that you are non-judgmental of her and her past. Do not fall for this shit test. Agree and amplify. Get her to do degrading shit during sex, call her "your dirty little slut", etc.

Is she really pretty but very low self-esteem?

You know, it may be "bad" but you can exploit this. Not be mean to her but make it seem clear that you both like her & expect her to prove to her how much better she needs to be, since she already believes it. Nice things for you, morning blowjobs, the works.

Personally I think a solid response to this would be to think about it as disrespectful to you. She is currently insecure, yes, but she is also questioning your judgement and your ability to find value in a woman. If you really want her to stop, she needs to realize that if she keeps acting this way, you aren't going to want to deal with her.

"The more you bring that up, the closer you're getting to it being the truth." You are high value, you wouldn't keep someone who considers themselves low value in your life.

you know, sometimes when I hear girls say this type of stuff, it's becoz they're both seeking reassurance but are confused and are rebelling against the BP bullshit they were also brought up with which some women inherently know the truth of.

so it makes them "feel out of sorts" when they meet a cool guy they like who also has tendencies they like but were never told of (or maybe they were, the type of things that they were 'warned' about men do!) but she's finding she's liking things "she shouldn't" and disagreeing with shit she's been taught, and she's suffering from a form of 'cognitive dissonance' becoz nothing is really 'making sense' and her head and heart(feelings) are confused

I could be completely wrong, however she sounds like she could be a very nice but confused girl who needs something like /r/RedPillWomen to help her get her head around some of the bullshit she's dealing with that she's bombarded with on various social media, stuff that's complete crap BUT IF her bff believes it, it can leave her in a bind for an example,I'm sure you know all the other crap that comes her way!
