Don't be weird means be socially savy, understand the context of the situation and know how to make things flow for you and for the other person.

Put this in your head. NEVER ask girls for advice on how to pick up girls. Not sure if you're aware of this, but your friends don't pick up girls. So why the fuck are you asking them? Just because they're girls, doesn't mean they know what they want. If I ask you what an ugly fattie can do to pick you up, you don't know. Oh look at that, you don't know how to pick up your own gender. They don't know either. This video is long, but you should get the point pretty quickly.

If you want to pick up girls, ask people that pick up girls. Have a good one.
