These past few months I've been working on myself a lot and I'm really liking the person i'm becoming. My social skills have improved, and my confidence has increased drastically. I'm going to continue doing what i've been doing.
I still do have a few problems though.
I hate taking pictures of myself. I seriously don't know why. Both selfies and like normal pictures. In the mirror I think I look good, but looking into a camera honestly makes me doubt my looks. Like I avoid looking into a camera (when people have their selfie camera open) and I cover my face when people try to snapchat me. I do not know how to get over this. It's like in real life i feel good but pictures destroy my self confidence.
I also have trouble opening up and telling people my emotions. I hate the feeling of letting people know how I'm feeling. I know this is bad because I keep everything bottled up (including my negative experiences) but I do not know how to open up. It makes me feel vulnerable (as if if I told someone things about myself it opens me up to being hurt - and if maybe in the future if i was not friends with that person then it wouldn't even matter if I told them things). Sometimes I feel I lack emotions as well. There is honestly very few people I care about and many times even the ones I actually give a crap about I sometimes feel I also don't care about them (and I have to force myself to actually gaf)
Thanks to whoever helps
