I've seen several of RSD's products and then I read Models by Mark Manson and I'd say that's pretty much where ALL of their material comes from. So if you're thinking about buying an RSD product, try just thoroughly reading models (for free). AND just read that book if you're on this subreddit. I largely recommend it.
