One of the tips ive seen floating around to make yourself more interesting is to say yes to anything you're invited to and to not turn down new oppoftunities if they're offered to you. Id like to try this as my life now is painfully dull and uninteresting but the problem is I never get invited anywhere by anybody.

I recently transferred schools and am bereft of any kind of social circle here. The last hundred texts on my phone are probably from my parents or some people who live 1000 miles away. I can't remember the last time I even had the opportunity to say no or yes to someone. How can I get into a position where invites start coming without being desperate and just asking to tag along with people or join a group/event?

I'm totally invisible at this new college and none of the groups ive looked in to seem to have anything social going on outside of general meetings. I need some things to say yes to because sitting on my bed staring at the wall is getting really old. Thanks in advance.
