Joe Sorge has made a documentary detailing how the American divorce system is broken/ Among other things he mentions how much divorces can cost (around $10K to $50K or more for a contested divorce), the broken alimony system, and how judges can have financial conflicts of interest.

I'll be really interested to see the full documentary when I'm able to.
