Have you tried talking to her about this? It sounds like she'd understand since she's clearly insecure as well. The biggest thing you can do to be "good" in bed is have lots of clear, judgement-free communication about what everyone wants and feels. My second tip (which I think you're already on to considering where you are) is to read everything you can on the subject. Well first times are always kinda nerve-racking. Don't beat yourself up. She knows it would be your first time and if she's a decent person she won't be to hard on you.
