Besides the fact this post has nothing to do with this sub and made me laugh out loud, I'll try an answer.

Just talk to your girlfriend. I assume you've had sex with her before (though it sure doesn't sound like it the way you write about oral sex). Just ask if she's clean and it would be safe to do what you want to. If you've known her awhile you could even have her get tested with you for posterity. If not, just decide whether or not it's worth it to risk a disease.

You can only get a disease if she has it mate, if she’s your gf get her to get tested then do what you like, although hiv from head would be pretty hard to catch to begin with, even if she did have it which id bet she doesn’t if she’s your girlfriend and your worrying about this

HIV is not spread through cunninglingus. Even though in theory it may somehow be possible, it just is not a known method of transmission. Oral sex is low risk for all STDs and virtually zero for some including HIV (particularly with regard to the male performing oral on the female). Don’t worry about catching it from this. But use a condom if you engage in penetrative intercourse

you can't get HIV through oral sex. Unless both of you have blood coming out of the mouth and genitals
