Partially due to this subreddit I have come a long way in getting a lot better with woman. Dating multiple woman is great, and it usually results in one sticking around for longer periods of time (few months). The problem is I always feel like shit if I have to reject a girl in that scenario (It feels like leading her on). Should I tell these girls I do see multiple girls? I have basically never learned how to reject, and as a result most of my relations crash.

Right now I am experiencing a similar situation. I am seeing a good looking, smart adventurous (advanturous sports and hobbies) girl for about 2 or 3 months. 2 weeks ago I met a similar girl, however this one feels like a slight upgrade so far (and funny enough I think I can find a even better one). I have never had any exclusivity talk with the girl I have been seeing for about 3 months nor have I told her I am seeing different woman (If she asks about it I will be honest). Should I tell her I recently met another girl I kinda like aswell? If I tell her now she is not going to like it and either accept it or walk away. If I don't tell her now but later it could result in this gigantic (you lead me on) drama and most likely crash the relationship again..
