I met a girl at an event last week. I briefly saw her yesterday and I wished her a happy birthday, according to her Instagram.

How should I proceed with her? How should I slide in her DMs and meet her in person?

And I met some more girls in a free yoga event which will have another session tomorrow. I met one girl today and we talked, and I paid attention to her. If I see her or other girls tomorrow, how shold I proceed?

I also was going to ask out the sick girl I met in math class. If she is better, what should I do? How should I act?

And should I specify date when asking them out? Should I be friends first? A female friend of mine (not attracted to each other) said I should be friends first.
