If you just want to fill it with anything, fill it with something non-controversial. If you want it to have any kind of effect, make it smart, but don't go into too meta topics. Read two books on a person or event and apply your knowledge. It's 2014, the year has been ripe with WW1 (100y) and German reunification (25y) retrospects, pull one aspect of that and write a good article on it. Show your teachers how smart you are, that will help you more in the long run than showing them you think about social manipulation a lot.

Unless you are in prison, you can meet girls. Afterschool programs, sports clubs, there is something you can get active in.

I do judge by age. Ignoring that factor is just arrogant. Which I was as well at that age, many of us were. I am not saying you can't write a good article at that age, though trp is not a topic anyone should talk too much about IRL. And having some experience with women makes you a more credible source. But that aside, I meant that at 16 not having much female contact for 2 years is not as horrible as it feels. You want to change it, good for you. Work on yourself, but drawing attention with this kind of stunt is not the right way.
