You're wrong, bro. If the stats are true, 5'6" 220 isn't an achievable thing naturally, unless you're some sort of legitimate freak of nature with a myostatin deficiency. Plus, bodybuilders can't get their money from supp companies if they tell everyone they're on Tren and Clen instead of NO Xplode and Hydroxycut. I behooves them to keep their other supplements to themselves.

A lot of guys claim natty and a lot of guys are full of shit.

Look up Jeff Seid, Steve Cook, and Mike O'Hearn. They're all "natty" too. TRP applies to more than the lies women tell.

I've been lifting for over half my life at 28. I'm 6'1" 248 lbs on a very broad frame and I still have some belly and love handle hanging on. I find it hard to believe that a man 7" shorter than me weighs 28 lbs less than me and is shredded without drugs. Call me a skeptic.

EDIT: For a real laugh, look up Kali Muscle. He's natty too.

it's age + weight. Once your weight goes up but not as fat it will not be as much of a problem but with your age it's likely you look much younger. For whatever reason about 15 years ago I noticed a sudden age-face look drop and height drop in TONS of kids vs what was common 10 years prior. I dunno why.

You sound like my friend, he's about 5'5 and every time he comes out with me to the bar/clubs he'll just sit down with his drink and stare off into space. I egg him on to come game girls with me and he's just a content, simple man. His job is pretty mundane, he's from the countryside [I'm in France], he doesn't talk much...

I guess if you look at it one way that could describe me. I am quiet, but not in a "I'm scared to talk" way, more in a "I don't need to talk to you if there's nothing to say" kind of way. I'm usually quite comfortable wherever I am and would never describe myself as lost. I am very skinny though.. This is probably a huge part of the problem. I honestly thought I was carrying myself pretty well though, while I'm grinding this 5x5 program and getting bigger

No, I have good posture. And carry myself like I'm the fucking hulk. It's just that regardless of that I'm still a small, lean white boy. I do have decent muscle, I'm just not huge.
