Unless it was a legit emergency, just move on for the time being. If she decided to hang with friends, got drunk somewhere else, blah blah, don't waste your energy.

If you cross paths again down the road, consider it. But truthfully, even if you manage to continue and get dates with her moving forward, being flaked on is bothersome and people will tell you to swallow your pride and not care about it. Not that simple. It influences your perception of her and starts things off on the wrong foot, which ultimately subconsciously influences your actions towards her. Knowing in the back of your mind that she plainly doesn't respect you or your time will lead to it collapsing later...maybe a month or two into seeing each other regularly.

The reason for that is pretty simple: because she's not that attracted to you and didn't she see a future with you from the start. You have very clear confirmation of that right off the bat. She felt that whatever else she invested her time into, instead of you, is more important. You're not shit to her, she doesn't foresee a relationship with you, she's not dying to fuck you.

Do what you want, but be prepared to get shit on if you try to put time into this person. She's not interested unless it was a legit emergency.

Don't get offended or angry at her, thats beta male attitude. If she wants to get together just tell her bluntly that you're hesitant because of what happened last time. If she is apologetic and makes a promise to show then give her another chance but be cool and relaxed about it.
