My advice for you is have you tried any of the methods you just listed? Take for example "treat her like trash,they love it" and "treat her like the most valuable thing in your life." You talk in a lot of absolutes, where is your middle ground of treat her like a regular person? Assuming you have the other parts of your life in order, there are very few problems that can't be solved with more time in-field. What works for me won't necessarily work for you. Experiment and discover your own truth.

Some say "be yourself", and when they do so they ruin everything that they hoped for to happen and regret their decision for following that advice.

If what is "yourself" is weak, dumb, or simply put, just awful, then of course it doesn't work. How to change that? Work on yourself. This isn't a guarantee for getting every girl though, obviously.

That is better, be a man. Have manners, don't go like you are the best thing ever, and listen to her.

Laughing is an expression of good emotions. What do you think is better, being angry, sad etc. Or being happy? If you are genuinely making a girl laugh, without being her entertainer or dancing monkey, she will connect those good emotions with you.

That is only contradicting because you don't use your brain to make sense of it. Who actually believes that every advice comimg from the internet is actually useful? Think for yourself and test things by thinking how you would like that if it was done to you. If it a no no no, then it's crap.

Buddy, I get that you are frustrated, but have you even put a single thought into it? How should anyone prove you anything, and why the hell would anyone care to do that? I will tell you something. If you are behaving like this when interacting with a girl, then it no wonder you are unsuccessful. No one likes assholes! Get a grip on yourself and start working on your personality.
