Totally depends on the rapport built. If it's some chick off Tinder, probably about 50/50. Girl in a club, 25% flake. While running about my business I meet here (coffee shop, grocery store, whatever) almost never flake. More time to build rapport and less divey the place, the better for dates. That said, for just hookups, the more divey the place, the better.

I'm almost certain it was some combination of these: 1. You fucked up. You texted too much, didn't maintain mystery, didn't set firm plans (exact time and place agreed upon when the date was first set so no confirmation was needed), sounded needy, were too available by text if they messaged, became a "nice guy", actually called it a "date" instead of "having drinks" etc
2. Something changed. They hooked up with another guy, got with an ex etc (very low chance that this happened to three) 3. They were SHIT tests. You should have pushed back and tried to keep the plans instead of "letting" them flake. Most of the time women do this to test if they can push you around (thus verifying you are a beta male who will not be there to keep them safe and secure in the future if life get bumpy). Women aren't stupid. They do not agree to a date that conflicts with work or school. If you passed the test you would have heard "I should be able to change my shift at work" etc 4. They were never really into you (very low chance)

I haven't had many flakes because I'm not a needy guy and I don't text between dates and I don't use tinder. I have had a bunch of shit tests though ("I have a headache, not sure about tonight, have an assignment, need to study, think I'm getting sick, I'm feeling a bit weird, I have to get up early" etc. I almost always end up on the date with these women by passing the test.

In short: if they wanted to be on the date with you, they would be. None of those women told you why they really flaked.

I wouldnt consider those cancelling on you. Those could be valid reasons as to why they can't see you. Ask them what days works best for them and go from there.

I think it depends on what the date is. I've found the easiest thing to do for dates is get drinks. It's low cost, public, fun and you can leave at anytime. 100% of the time i've asked a girl out to drink have they said yes. Even if they're busy they will meet me there or ask me to switch it to x time
