I want a list of techniques, to the point. No inner game bullshit.

My level is that I approach, talk with a bit her, say "I'll let you go", and she stands there looking disappointed.

I don't know how to spike emotions, build attraction, bounce etc. So I'm mostly looking for a guide on teasing on spiking emotions.
