Sightseeing is an easy and cheap one, anything that gets your heatrate somewhat faster will be good. You can do "multiple dates at once" also by combining 2 or 3 activities. Ending near your place to "invite her for a drink" after. Like some hiking, getting something to eat after. You can even invite her to cook @ home with you, use her as your co-chef (and test / get her into a compliance mindset)

Try indoor go karting, did that on a couple of dates turned out extremely well.
