Go bowling or something with your friends and then invite her along. Even if she doesn’t go you kept it casual and invited her to something fun. And don’t sweat it if she doesn’t go, just another thing you can talk about after break.

As long as you keep it light but flirty and keep inviting her out to fun stuff she’ll cave before long and come out with ya

Just a second opinion, I don't think anyone's right or wrong on these things, but I'm a big fan of just keeping it simple and ask her for coffee or whatever really. Maybe start with a little intro (long time no see, had a fun time meeting you, etc.), then just ask if she'd be interested in getting a cup of coffee or something sometime. That's pretty much the exact phrasing I use and it works for me

A lot of people say to suggest something specific, but it sounds like there's some uncertainty on whether she likes you or not. In these exact situations, I feel like inviting them to something too specific doesn't make it clear whether it's a date or not. You might just want to hang out or you might have already had these plans set up without her in mind. Make her say yes to the idea of hanging out one-on-one, then figure out a time that works out for both of you. I really like coffee (or drinks, don't know how old you are) for a first date.

Think of something fun and active you like to do. Say you are going to do that thing and ask her if she wants to come along with you. Don't pick a thing were you aren't going to be able to talk, like a movie or a show.

Emphasis on fun. Focus on having fun and not trying to impress her. Try to add light kino during convo.
