ANXIETY is overthinking in a negative way. ACTION helps you cut through it. When you see a girl countdown, “3...2...1... approach.”

Say hi. Pause. Give her time to react. If anything use a situational opener. Comment about something outside of yourself such as your surroundings, the situation, her clothes, whatever. The oldest opener in the book is talking about the weather.

You can reframe what you're doing and change your self talk. So at home you think about your intent - you wanna make a girl smile today, you wanna brighten some girls day, you want to meet new people, learn and play. When you see her you say to yourself, "let's do this, I got this" or whatever

Realistically the fear doesn't go away. All we do is become comfortable with it existing within us and manage it. Some days are more comfortable and easier to manage than other's. Every day you start at zero, afresh. It takes around 5 approaches for you to become really comfortable with the fear

There's only really three fears. You'll be afraid to approach, afraid to touch the girls you've approached and afraid to escalate with the girls that are receptive to you touching them

After facing these fears 3-5 times each, you break the game, let alone approach anxiety. Then it resets the next day where you begin from the start again

I like to do a countdown from like 5 or something, then I go for it. If i'm super nervous the second I think about talking to her I walk up to her with absolutely no plan. And just tell her candidly why she caught my attention. I've only gotten numbers (so far) by doing this but it's better than saying nothing and regretting it later.
