Hi I have been approaching strangers on the streets and places for the last 1 and a half years and I have had mixed results, which obviously helps me to improve my confidence and try to tackle approach anxiety that's faced by hundreds of people who start out the path of seduction.
I have spoken to people on the streets, shops and malls and small parks. My results would range from having mediocre one answers, small talk, having some great conversations and of course face rejections and get looked up like a creep or weirdo.
At the beginning of my journey, I obviously felt scared, but now I am not sure.
I have managed to pull off a straight streak of 1 month ( I believe) where I have managed to interact with 2 to 3 people on a daily basis despite my busy life as a student.
Now, when I see a stranger(s), usually I feel more confident to approach them, and I do, however, there are other times where I feel confident but I don't do it.
It's weird. In that moment I am supposed to be scared but for some reason I feel like I am numb. Like not really interested to come up to her/him and ask a simple open-ended question.
I do feel kinda regretful for not approaching, but my feelings at the time were like 'meh': I have done it dozens of times before so why bother? Since I think it was an argument for 'you are GOOD ENOUGH', but i couldn't feel that I could measure it if I was enough.
This is due the results and few 'pulls' during the period since I have done something right to look attractive to few girls, but got no clue how. But the point is that I have managed to achieve certain brilliant results that I feel I have made progress.
At this point, I feel like I need to step up my challenge in order to face more 'social risk' in order to improve my confidence. I think I should approach people in crowded places and approach small to medium sized sets just to repeat the same stuff I usually asked before (well open-ended questions).
Or maybe it's time to get out of my apartment and start surging at clubs and pubs in order to start learning what I wanted to do from the beginning.
So my question is whether you think it's ever possible to know that you removed the approach anxiety? Or at least most of it?
And post a suggestion as to what to do next in order to face a bigger challenge.
Thank you for reading this long post!
