Most women do not care about what you have, but who you are instead. The same way that in their eyes Attitude >> Wealth >= Appearance > Words

More seriously , read Models from MM , it's so good that you will read it in one go. There, will be most of your answers. Either accept who you are or do something about it. It's not a tutorial or some sort of you'll get a gf tomorow , it's a deeper philosophy about honesty and self acceptance which is another foundation of seduction.
PRIORITIES BEFORE ACCEPTANCE
For now you gotta work on confidence. Transform fear into excitement. You are clever and competitif , you will manage. Use it as a tool to your advantage. I have very high standards, and didn't want to approach women because i thought they were not worth. The thing is , how could i have known if by not approaching. That's why fear, is now a great indicator for me. When afraid of hot girls, i take it as + sign . It means that I'm physically attracted. It`s my job to approach and to find out what kind of person she truly is.
In the end it doesn't matter how you approach. Do what TheXXl tells you , start talking to everybody.
You have to understand that there is nothing to loose by approaching, if not time and spit. I recognize that time is valuable , but deal with it.
One last crucial thing : learn to pay attention. I can bet you have many girls looking and smiling at you, but you are too busy with your mind and how you appear.
Be the child you once were , and start teasing and poking everything you encounter out of curiosity without caring.

I'm not bitter towards women because I lack the ability start a relationship with one.

One of my main rules for life is admitting that I'm absolutely terrible at most things.
For example, I'd like to think that I'm decent at driving a motorbike. But get above a certain speed - nothing extreme even - and I lack any experience or skill and could possibly kill myself.
This acknowledgement of my suckiness is what allows and motivates me to improve.
Rather than avoiding the label incel and all its negative connotations, you should, (to a certain degree) acknowledge and accept it as a means to overcome it.
Because as of now, you suck at this very badly but won't even admit it. And you could do much much better.
