I was in your shoes. It sucked and I didn't figure out how to fix it without just aging and living life.

Now that I'm 35 and have grown-man confidence it's gold. I've been told I look mid to late 20s, but have the air of a more mature guy. I had a fun interaction with a 27 year old woman recently who thought she was robbing the cradle by hitting on me, and was blown away when I told her I'm 8 years older than her.

It's not really a big deal, being perceived as mature has more to do with the way you act, behave, and dress than how old you actually are, so perhaps reflect on those things and try to embrace a more mature lifestyle.

Bro I’m almost 30 and still get carded for tobacco products and got pulled over for curfew last yr. if anything it means younger chicks will hit on u. I prefer someone closer to my age but why in tf would I complain? I just make sure they’re above 21. I’m not gonna hassle myself sneaking some teens into a bar. Been there, done that. As everyone else said use it t your advantage

Naw. You haven't described any encounters in detail so I don't have anything to go on other than your attitude in this post, but off-hand, I'd say that you're cutting yourself off at the knees here.

When your gut reaction is negative like this, you WILL turn women off. And even if they weren't actually thinking that you seem immature before that, they'll change their mind if your reaction is like, "Awwww damn, they think I"m immature, and less sexy."

This lack of confidence will show in your body language, tone of voice, and a bunch of non-verbal things.

The issue is that this brain of yours is working against you. The fight is inside your brain. You probably have two narratives running through your head.

A negative one. A voice that looks for the most negative interpretation of the data available.
A positive one. A hopeful voice that wants to believe in something better.

Negative thoughts create a feedback loop. Thoughts like this can lead to a change in brain chemistry, and a feeling. This feeling can lead to more thoughts about a bad feeling, and then back to more negative thoughts. These negative thoughts can be fought and your brain re-wired.
