I'm a good conversationalist whether it's in person or text. They're different mediums, but I just see texting as an opportunity to think more about what I'm saying. You give me a chance to think and I'll be able to fire off a million things. In person, I'm sharp witted and can fire things out, too. I just don't have an infinite time to come up with the best thing to say, and I don't need to either. The words disappear.

Here's my "tips" for texting. You still need to hook a girl in. She needs to enjoy what's coming in the future, which means she needs to enjoy what you're saying now. Be funny first, be sexy next, be deep after that, and be engaging through it all.

Always keep things light hearted, even during hard topics. Look at everything you're saying and question yourself about the tone, is it positive or negative? If it's negative, erase that shit and start over. Also, choose your topics wisely. If you can tell your partner is heading down a negative pathway, switch to something more lighthearted and fun. Take her mind off her shitty day, rather than supporting it. Even if she drags you back to it, drag her away.

When you become a source for fun, sex, and deep thoughts, then you become an addiction whether it's in text or in person.

Here's another "tip" attach questions to stories, attach stories to answers, attach answers to more questions, attach jokes to all of them. The order of threading doesn't matter, and the words you're saying don't matter, as long as you're connecting everything.

Realize also that you gain information about a person regardless of the question you ask. I will ask questions that have nothing to do with the information I'm trying to get, but I'll get the information regardless of the answer.

Example: I want to know if she's bisexual, but I don't ask if she's bisexual, instead I ask, Who's the hottest woman on the planet to you? How about man?

Answer: Well, I don't like women....so I guess Nicki Minaj, because she's a bad bitch! And for men, ummm. Want a list?

Wait. Back up a little bit. What are your intentions? Do you just want to get laid or do you want to get to know someone really well and form some sort of longer term relationship?

It doesn't have to be monogamy. It can be multiple relationships with different girls or a fuck buddy type thing but if monogamy is what you want, that works too. Just be clear on what you're going for here so that we can give you proper on advice on how to get it.

Texting is a tool to setup real life interaction.

Focus on her, be curious about her, who she is, how she got there, what makes her who she is, etc. Forget yourself, you already know yourself and it's not about you, it's not about being entertaining, it's not about you proving yourself worthy, your job is getting you know her, see if she fits you, her job is to know you, let her do her work.
