What did she say? I think a lot of people (myself included) keep notifications for Tinder turned off. It’s very possible that she didn’t even see the message until now. Give it a couple of hours, and take be conversation normally. I wouldn’t say anything about her taking too long to respond. The last thing you want to convey is that you have so few matches that you notice when one doesn’t message you back
