Hi, I wouldn't say that he is into you but I wouldn't ignore that option too. I am a guy and I sometimes (often) do same stuff with my friend as you explained. Before I was into her so this stuff came out creepy, but now I completely lost emotions for her but I still like to touch with her and do flirting but just as a friend (really nothing more). Maybe that comes off creepy too and I hate it that I cant say wether she likes it or not...
