Got a date from a girl I see at my gym a lot for next weekend, should I still go to the same gym? Running into her before the date might make her feel awkward

Why would that make her feel uncomfortable? You both go to the same gym, it’s not like you switched to her gym once she agreed to go out with you.

If you see her there before your date just go up to her and make some quick small talk. Ask her how she’s doing, tell her you’re excited to grab coffee with her, say “have a good workout” and then go about your regular business. Just play it cool man. You’re way overthinking this

Work out, make small talk. Clearly she's at least interested in you, maybe she feels the same way! Be the one to break the ice with a quick greeting, grind hard, make gainz, and then be a charming friendly person if you're both at the water fountain at the same time or something
