As post suggests. Sometimes we talk for ages, share things, flirt, whatever. Then she'll just ignore me for a few days or make it obvious she's not interested in talking (one word responses etc).

At the moment I'm just going with the flow, if she doesn't want to hold up her end of a conversation then fine, no conversation.

Is there a better option?
