Nope, my hair constantly gets in my face when it's down so I try to brush it out of my face to get a better view of the depressing sad life around me. OR I fluff it up to look cuter in general, not for a dude.

Depends. All rules have exceptions. With some girls its a sign that they're bored, others that they're into you, and with some its just a tick/habit.

It really depends. You can usualy tell if it has somethinh to do with you. Like if I appoach a girl and she smiles and immediately touches her hair then thats obvious that I had something to do with that. But if a girl moves her hair out of her eyes because its in the way or shes sitting their twirling her hair because shes bored and I approach her as shes doing it then obviously that has nothing to do with. You have to common sense and sometimes it just mighg be inconclusive or a coincidental
